Any one own a Fursuit

I'll put out a comment on the furaffinity maine fur page and see if I get any interest there, though some might think it a bit early to plan.

2013 there was Me, Nightlines and Lizspit who draw furry art. I have seen people in the past selling furry parts, but I'd chec them over first. You can tell what's hand made and what's not.

As for hotel room, there are other hotels in the area. The Days Inn is good, and breakfast comes with it. Food can come pretty cheap, you have the food court, McDs, BK, Wendys, Tim Hortons is open 24 hours, and a few other places.

I live like 20min away, so I don't stay in the hotel. I do know a few other furs who might go for the room. Techniclly you can have 5 in a room, if you get a cot. Bring PB and J fixens, ramen and water and your food is set. I've lived off tea, tator tots, energy drinks, water and pretzel nubs.


Oh and if I get an artist table, I do suit around Thursday. I've come across a few others, suiters are slowly growing in the community! And Jag does a furry pannel, I'm looking in to helping. I also do offer discount pre orders before the con.

Days Inn is a good idea, it's just down the street. I too have a place to stay only a few minutes away so I probably wouldn't be in the hotel, but it would be cool to have a furry room.

Food fixings is a great idea. For ramen do you just use the coffee maker to heat the water?

I hope we are able to set up a little something something for this summer, sounds like it could be a lot of fun.

Yeah you can use the coffee maker, just boil some water first and clean it.

Yeah Jag usually does a furry panel, though it can sometimes be ehhh weird. Usually ends up being 2 people talking and everyone else just stays quiet.

I do plan on doing a Fur Meet in Bangor with Licorice, we chatted about it at FurFright this year. I just need to sort out a weekend.

I have a partial fursuit that desperately needs new hair and a minor repair. XD I've barely worn it since I moved here from Ohio a year ago. Also, I am very seriously considering going to Portcon now. I would love to meet more of you guys in person.
